My Mom holding me in Tacoma, Wa. I always loved this shot. The window behind us in the photo fascinated me since I was small. I’d ask her what was out there. She’d say…”out where?”
A collection of bullfrogs, toads and tree frogs that I stumbled on in the yard and shooed off of the road out here when it rains. Did you ever look at their eyes? They’re gold…metallic gold. Come to think of it…why do goats have slitted pupils like a cat? I need to do some reading about all of that.
